Risk Reversal

The second half is due only at handoff, once the build is working and your team is trained. If something isn't right, we fix it before we call it done.

What people ask about the price.

Why flat fee instead of hourly?

A flat fee means you know the cost before we start and there is no incentive to drag the work out. We scope the build, agree on the price, and that is what you pay.

Are there ongoing costs?

You pay your own Claude subscription directly to Anthropic, and you own that account. We do not charge a recurring fee. If you want ongoing help after the 30-day support window, that is a separate arrangement we can discuss.

What if we're not happy at handoff?

We pause, diagnose, and fix it on our time, not yours. The second half of the fee only becomes due once the build is working and your team is trained.
