FAQ
A private workspace where an AI assistant has organized access to your company's documents, meeting notes, and data, so you can ask questions and get answers grounded in your own business instead of the open internet.
ChatGPT starts every conversation with no memory of your business. A second brain is a private workspace where the assistant already has your documents, decisions, and meeting notes organized and cited, so you stop pasting in context and re-explaining yourself every time.
Those tools add AI to a single tool you still have to run. A second brain is the assistant itself, set up to read across all your tools at once, not just the one it lives in. We build it once and hand it back; you don't keep building it.
Small and medium businesses that know a second brain would help but will never find the time to build it themselves. If you tried templates and tutorials and ended up with something nobody uses, this is for you.
Small and medium businesses, roughly five to a hundred people. If you have a team that asks each other the same questions over and over, you are in the range we serve.
Yes. A solo founder uses a second brain to stop re-explaining the business to every new tool, contractor, and client. The build is the same; the team training is just for you.
We work across retail, e-commerce, real estate, medical clinics, professional services, and agencies. The build adapts to your documents and the questions your team actually asks, not a template.
If you have documents, meeting notes, and a team that re-asks the same questions, you are ready. You do not need clean data or a technical person. We handle the messy part.
Yes. We connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so the brain sees your calendar, mail, files, and meeting transcripts. You can ask it what was decided, what's due, and what a client said, and it answers from your own records.
Most builds take two to three weeks. The first week is mapping your tools and files, the second is building and testing, and the third is training and handoff.
A standard build is a flat fee of $15,000, half at signing and half at handoff. Larger scopes are quoted as a fixed number before any work starts.
One-time. The build is a flat fee of $15,000, half at signing and half at handoff. You pay your own Claude subscription to Anthropic directly. We do not charge a recurring fee.
Yes. The workspace, the connections, and the data all live in your own accounts. We don't host anything and we don't hold your data.
Everything runs inside your own Claude workspace and your own cloud accounts. We connect to them; we don't copy your data to outside servers.
Yes. We work under a mutual NDA and only connect to the accounts you authorize. We do not copy your data to outside servers, and we leave with documentation, not access.
Access to the tools we're connecting, one hour for a kickoff call, and a point person who can answer questions about how the business runs. About three to four hours of your time across the whole build.
Nothing breaks. The brain lives in your own workspace, not in any one person's account. A new hire gets access and is trained the same way, and the brain already knows the business when they start.
You get 30 days of support to fix, tune, and expand the brain. After that, you own it and run it. We are available for ongoing help if you want it.
Claude as the assistant, connected to your documents, drives, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We pick the few tools that fit your business instead of stacking many.
Yes. We connect to what you already run instead of replacing it. If a tool isn't worth connecting, we say so.
Eric builds it. Not a junior, not a contractor, not a team you never meet. The person you talk to on the kickoff call is the person who does the work and hands it back.
No. Your documents and conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models. Under Claude's commercial terms, your data stays yours and is not put into model training.
We work in a way that lines up with these rules. Your data stays in your own Claude workspace and cloud accounts, we connect under a mutual NDA, and for clinics we follow HIPAA-aware handling. We are not a covered entity and we don't store your patient records. If your clinic needs a formal BAA, we can talk about it.
We work under a mutual NDA and only connect to the accounts you authorize. If anything goes wrong, we tell you right away, help contain it, and document what happened. Because your data lives in your own accounts, you control the response and can revoke our access instantly.
Then we are not done. The second half of the fee only comes due once the build is working and your team is trained. If it isn't right, we fix it on our time. If it still isn't right after that, you don't pay the second half.
You can. A single AI engineer runs $150,000 to $400,000 a year loaded, and most small businesses don't have enough AI work to keep one busy. A second brain build is a fixed $15,000 once, and your team runs it without a hire.
No. Everything lives in accounts you own. If you want to stop working with us, you keep the workspace, the connections, the data, and the documentation. We hand over access and leave. There is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying for.
Anything in Claude's connector directory, which now spans 200-plus services. The common ones are Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Drive, Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Shopify. If a tool you use isn't listed, we can usually reach it through Zapier or a custom connector.
As many as you want. The brain lives in your own Claude workspace, so you add and remove people the same way you do there. We set up role-based access so people only see what they should, and a new hire gets the same access in minutes.
Yes. The workspace runs through Claude's web and mobile apps, so you and your team can ask the brain from a phone, a tablet, or a laptop.
Yes. You can add tools, teams, and business units later without rebuilding. The brain is structured so new connections and new people slot in, and we are available if you want help expanding it.
You own it and run it. The 30 days cover fixes, tuning, and small expansions at no extra cost. After that, you can keep going on your own with the documentation we leave, or we can arrange ongoing help if you want it. There is no required subscription.
Most teams feel it the first week they stop re-explaining and re-finding things. In money terms, the build usually pays for itself well within the first year for any business losing a dozen or more hours a week to rework, which is what the annual statement on the home page is built to show.
Book a call. We talk through your business and what you want to ask the brain, then send a scope and a fixed price. No work starts until you say go.
